We do not collect payment information directly — any future paid subscriptions will be processed through a third-party payment provider, and we do not store your card details.

If you create a member account, we also store your account email, subscription plan and status, the bets you choose to log (games, selections, odds, stakes, results), the bankroll and goals you enter, and your messages to our AI analyst. We use this to show you your own stats, to tailor pick recommendations and coaching, and so our team can review client accounts. Analyst chat messages and your logged-bet summary are processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate replies; we do not sell this data. You can ask us to export or delete it at any time via our Contact page.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your email address to send you the content you signed up for (daily/weekly picks, analysis, newsletters). We use contact form submissions solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Social Media Platforms

If you interact with us on Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, or X, those platforms have their own separate privacy policies governing data they collect. We do not control or have access to your personal data on those platforms beyond what you send us directly (e.g., a DM or comment).
